Experimental batch of Mocha Java BBotE is complete and human trials begin tonight.  Ethiopian Harrar goes up this weekend on the recommendation of twistedcat's brother in law. I have some misgivings on this as the last recommended "mellow and tasty bean", Sulawesi, made for an rather bland BBotE.  I'm beginning to believe that coffee that is mild when brewed hot has little positive to extract.  In this respect, BBotE redeems harsher coffees into something wonderful.
