O bacon salt, is there nothing you can't improve?

The only thing that comes to mind is bacon.  I will have to experiment with this.

Perhaps garlic pepper is a more universal improver...

Bacon salt improves Canadian bacon, but is mostly lost on the American style.

I have not yet tried it with candied bacon or bacon brittle, because I refuse to be party to those monstrosities, though my old roommate [livejournal.com profile] cjbroz is running some experiments with Manischevitz-marinated bacon candy. (It's JewTastic!)

Then there's chicken-fried bacon. If your arteries aren't screaming in pain from thinking about it, you're not picturing the real thing. Baconsalt might work there, I don't know. I fear to eat that stuff too often.

Why do I have the feeling that you weren't exactly sharing Gaz's pain in Taster of Pork?

Anyhow, their web site says it's vegetarian, too! Might have to try it.
